Lincoln Atten is a trial attorney who focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense. He is a member of the Florida Bar, and has been admitted to practice in all Florida Courts.
While in law school, Mr. Atten was an advocate on the St. Thomas University School of Law Mock Trial Team. Mr. Atten competed in and won the Chester A. Bedell Memorial Mock Trial Competition, as well as the ABA National Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition at The John Marshall Law School. He was also elected Best Advocate by his colleagues on the team.
Mr. Atten attended the University of Manitoba for his undergraduate education. He serves his community by volunteering to coach students in trial advocacy at St. Thomas University School of Law and supports Dade Legal Aid by helping to raise funds to provide free legal services to needy clients.
