Jane Muir is an attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation, corporate counsel and corporate formation. She is a member of the Florida Bar, and has been admitted to practice in all Florida Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as the Tenth Circuit.
Ms. Muir is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Miami School of Law. She serves her community by supporting organizations that provide free legal assistance to indigent clients, and received a Pro Bono Service Award from the Dade County Bar Association for Innovative Projects in 2012. She promotes professionalism in the legal field as a member of the Dade County Bar Association’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee since 2010, Chair of the University of Miami School of Law Alumni Association’s Young Alumni Committee, and current President of the Coral Gables Bar Association. Ms. Muir speaks Spanish and French.
